That's right, because taking bath with cold water contributes to the immune system and improves circulation, relieves stress and contributes to the alertness, besides improving the state of your skin.
A study recently developed by dutch researchers, suggested that people who take bath with cold water they can recover more quickly from sickness and they will miss work less than people who take bath with warm or water hot.
Nick Greene, from the Prevention Magazine, also took cold bath in a week and reports improvements in concentration, energy and even in appearance and skin health.
According to the journal Independent, there is still evidence that prove cold water makes you feel mentally more alert, due to temperature shock, and this may be a method to treat people with depression.
